Anyone know of good places to order specific parts to create a kit to make my own custom watch?
I am looking for a simple, un-adorned, blank-face watch. I have a color palette in mind, but want to know if I can even buy the parts to assemble it myself; bands, faces, movement/hands etc.
If possible I'd like to get everything for $150 or so.

Is this an MB watch? Because if so, that's wonderfully subtle.

Otto Frei has you covered . You can get movements, stems, cases, hands, bands , really most anything you need. Tools as well.

The one on the left is just a grey/green and white instead of blue/white.

ah okay.
well, I have an idea for an MB watch. Silver background, but the hands are exactly like the arms of the tri pointed star

In fact, I want a blue and white Rolex GMT homage, screw the Pepsi (Pan Am colours)
